Come enjoy a fun experience with our guided tour that will allow you to drive a jet ski and see & learn about the Galveston Harbor, see dolphins, and get free time to splash around.

Tour is based on occupancy of two people per ski. You will be led by one of our friendly and knowledgeable by staff members.

Cancellation policy

By Booking, you are committing to your appointment and a 50% deposit will be charged to the card entered.

Damage Deposit - A Damage deposit is required for each rental. $250 per jet ski. $500 per boat. Each will be a pre authorized charge.

Cancellation Policy - 30+ days before reservation = 100% deposit refund 15-29 days before reservation = 75% deposit refund 8-14 days before reservation = 50% deposit refund 0-7 days before reservation = 0% deposit refund
Requirements to Rent - each boat operator is required to have previous experience driving boats within a bay system and shall be at least 21 years old.

Texas Boater Safety Certificate is recommended for all operators. Jet ski operators are required to have previous jet ski experience and shall be at least 18 years old.

Weather Policy - We do not issue refunds for weather. Every customer will have the opportunity to reschedule in the case of inclement weather. Management will determine inclement weather. Being cold, sprinkling, light winds, etc. do not constitute inclement weather.

Fuel - Fuel is not included in boat rentals.

The boat will come with a full tank and fuel used will be calculated at checkout. Customer has the option to refuel before returning the boat, or be charged a $25 fuel service fee. Fuel cost is approximately $40-$60. Your fuel total will be added to you rental balance and due in full at checkout.

Arrival Time - Please arrive 45 minutes BEFORE your reservation. This will ensure adequate time to review vessel and safety information and get your group acquainted. Late arrivals will forfeit time out of their reservation.

Damage Waiver - Boat Rental customers have the opportunity to purchase damage protection. $50=$500, $75=$750, $100=$1000. Damage Waiver Fee is due at checkin with a credit card.

Prohibited Items - Red Wine, glass containers, weapons, grills, popcorn, paper bags, pets, illegal drugs, fireworks, smoking and lighters.

Liability Waiver - A liability waiver is required for every operator and passenger. Please complete BEFORE you arrive.

Cancellation Policy

30+ days before reservation = 100% refund
15-29 days before reservation = 75% refund
8-14 days before reservation = 50% refund
0-7 days before reservation = 0% refund

Rescheduling

Rescheduling your reservation is available if done at least 7 days in advance. If you need to reschedule within 7 days of your reservation, please call and we will do our best but cannot guarantee we will be able to reschedule. Any group that does not call or show for a reservation will not have the opportunity to reschedule and will forfeit all monies paid.

Arrival & Check-In

Please check in at least 30-45 minutes prior to your scheduled reservation. Late arrivals are subject to forfeiting time out of their reservation.

No-Show Policy

There are absolutely no refunds for no-shows.
Failing to appear for your reservation on the date and reserved time will result in loss of all monies paid. Payments made cannot be credited towards a future rental or charter.

Passenger and Weight Capacity

Each piece of equipment has a weight limit and passenger limit. These are STRICTLY enforced. Customer agrees that the equipment used will not exceed the maximum-permitted occupancy and weight limitations.

Life Jackets

All passemgers are required to wear the appropriate size PFD
